All of our dresses are stitched as per the style shown in the images. Each dress purchased will include the following:
- Shirt stitched as per image – Please Note: Crop tops, Dropped shoulder, low necks, backless and three quarter trousers are adjusted modestly. (Lining is provided with all transparent shirts)
- Trouser stitched as per image
- Sleeves styled as per image (Sleeveless dresses stitched with sleeves as standard)
- Dupatta will be stitched and accessorised as per image
- Separate undershirt included (if shown)
- Embellishments as per image*
*Style of embellishments may vary - embellishments quantity will be as per image

Please note: From time to time certain elements are shown by brands for photography purposes only and these items are not provided by the designers in the end retail product - as such there can be a possibility of a variation to the cut, length, and style and dress embellishments. Every effort is made to ensure variation is minimal.
Hand embroidered/embellished products are fragile and from time to time beading/ sequences may get displaced and this is not thought of as a fault but is due to the nature of the work. These articles of clothing should be worn with care.
Please note that all clothing products sold on this website are recommended to be dry-cleaned and we will not be responsible for any claims resulting due to damage caused by washing using another method.
Do not dry fabrics in direct sunlight and Iron clothes at moderate temperature.

Estimated Delivery time: 2 to 4 working days.
Signature is required on receipt.
European orders are sent via a standard delivery service and we aim to deliver your order within 5-10 working days for £14.99.
Standard delivery service is available for International Orders (Including USA, Canada and Australia) and we aim to deliver your order within 5-10 working days for £23.99.
If for any reason your parcel does not reach you in the stated time, please allow up to 14 working days from the date you placed order and contact us by email email@example.com
All purchases will be made in pounds Sterling (£) and International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate as required.
Orders placed outside the UK mainland may be subject to duties or taxes due to importing restrictions on certain products and materials. These additional taxes, fees, or charges may apply to your order according to your local legislation, and it is your responsibility to pay this. Any duties or taxes will only apply once your parcel has reached the destination country. We have no control over these charges therefore we cannot advise you of what the costs may be as they will vary from country to country.
If you are unsure about whether the charges may apply to your order it is your responsibility to contact your local customs authority regarding these matters prior to placing your order.
In the unfortunate event your parcel has been lost or damaged by our delivery partners, please contact us within 7 working days for further investigation. We will submit a claim on your behalf to our delivery partner for the lost or damaged parcel. When the claim is accepted, you will be issued with a full refund including the delivery costs. Please note, a claim with our delivery partners can take up to 28 days, an immediate refund will not be issued. Our parcels are insured by our delivery partners and ZAISHAS cannot be held responsible for parcels that have been lost/damaged in transit.
We regret we do not deliver to BFPO and PO Box addresses.
We offer easy returns. To be eligible please return items in a saleable, unworn and undamaged condition in its original packaging with all barcode tags and labels intact within 14 days of receipt.

Refund (minus £4.99 delivery charge) will be issued after receiving returned items.
All our items are inspected before dispatch, however, should you receive a faulty or incorrect item please email us at email@example.com to inform within 3 days of receiving order.
